Where we began.....
In 2016, we bought a small trailer and woodfired pizza oven and began selling our traditional Neapolitan style sourdough pizzas to our local community in Tomatin. After a roaring trade, C and T Inverness Pizza was born!
Our small family run business has gone from strength to strength, first opening our small Inverness restaurant in 2018.
The C and T Inverness Pizza family has since grown with our Inverness branch being run by the Sorbetti family from Naples. Denise Sorbetti and her parents share our passion for authentic, home cooked Italian cuisine and our enthusiasm to create a warm and welcoming environment!
Our amazing team are passionate and dedicated to creating fantastic food in a relaxed and happy setting!
